Sanity or Patience: choose one.

Do you ever have one of those moments where you think, "HA! I am sane!" Then you step in dog poo with your bare feet and remember it was your idea to get the puppy...?

Fx4: Waiter! I'll have another Beach, Please

Go to Candid Carrie's Friday Foto Finish Fiesta (Fx4) to participate and view more Phun Photos!

Pretend Summer wasn't enough. I want the real thing - and a vacation, too. We visited South Carolina last August.
Can you see the ocean back there?

This was Monsoon's first EVER visit to the beach.
When we first got here, he stayed back on the dry sand because, "there's sharks in there!" I don't know where he got that, we didn't tell him anything about sharks where we were going. I blame the in-laws.

Ok, so these are adorable.
Currently there is snow falling and freezing rain coming for tonight - I think that beach looks mighty inviting ... well, as long as the sharks don't come to play! :D

I love to watch the little ones at the beach. We were in the outer banks last summer and saw the most adorable little kid playing in the sand. Watching them play is like seeing the ocean through new eyes.

ALWAYS blame the in-laws. Or the cats. Or the husband. In this case, definitely the in-laws. Cute photos though. I'm so ready for beach weather.

Your approach to parenting is solid, Ryan. I always blame my in-laws for my kids' slightest indiscretion too! I am too perfect of a parent for their misbehavior to be my fault.

Love the madras!

Those pics are so cute. I have to say I love the one on your side bar the most though. With the pier in the picture. Since I found your blog I've loved that picture.

The beach is awesome isn't it. I am really going to miss being close enough for a weekend trip there. So relaxing and soothing.

Ahh beach!! It's 43 degrees here in Louisiana today and raining. So not normal for March. I was 83 on Wednesday. UGH! So ready for Spring and Summer.

Must be something in the air I was wishing for some warmer air and some time off as well.

I love the matching hat and shorts.

Love the pictures. He is so cute. I can't wait to take my kiddos to the beach this summer. I've seen you several times on Candid Carrie's and I think on Twinfatuation. Some of my favorite blogs to read. So I thought I would stop by and check out your blog. Hope to get to know you better. I would love to share my blog with you.

What a cutie! I love the beach and can't wait to go in June. We're taking my parents who have never been to the beach - can you believe it?

Thanks for your comment the other day on the Global Food Crisis post - we made it to 127 comments!
